The Department of Plasma Physics and Technology and the CEPLANT Centre hosted the INNOLEC Lecture on "Crystal Symmetry and X-ray Crystallography" on 9 and 10 April 2025. A highschooler works on wastewater treatment in MUNI laboratories

Anna Podmanická, a high-schooler from Bratislava, worked on her project as part of her high-school professional activity with the support of expert advisors in the laboratories of the Faculty of Science. Under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Tomáš Homola from the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology and the CEPLANT Centre, her efforts turned into a successful research project that is now receiving well-deserved recognition.

Heart of Europe workshop 2025

Thin Films and theirs current research focus were discussed at this year's Heart of Europe workshop, held at SCI MUNI at the beginning of April. The annual meeting between thin films material research groups from TU Wien, PVDLab at DPPT and Comenius University brought new results, discussions and outlines for mutual cooperations.
