From December 8th till December 10th, 2019, the 1st Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplications Workshop took place in the beautiful surroundings of the University Center Telč.
1st Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplications Workshop took place in Telč. The aim of the workshop was to share new knowledge in the fields of plasma physics, electric discharge physics and plasma chemistry. For this occasion, a Book of Abstracts was published through the Munipress publishing house, which is available on the Munispace portal.
The Heart of Europe workshop is a traditional gathering of scientists dealing with thin films. The center of Europe is presented by the Technical University of Vienna, Masaryk University in Brno, and Comenius University in Bratislava.
Prof. Christoph Gerhard and his colleagues visited their project partners at the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology and the CEPLANT Centre in the second week of April 2024. Together, they are working on the functionalization of fibers.
