Alex Destrieux as an invited researcher in Brno
The treatment of organic materials for photovoltaics is the research topic of Alex Destrieux. After finishing his PhD in Canada, the French scientist came to Brno to continue his work.
We are pleased to announce that CEPLANT at Masaryk University, in partnership with Roplass Ltd., will host the upcoming R2R Net stakeholder meeting in Brno on October 16th. This event aims to bring together key stakeholders, experts, and industry partners from the roll-to-roll (R2R) business sector, providing an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange and collaborative discussion.
The event will begin with an internal meeting for stakeholders, followed by presentations from three esteemed external speakers, representing both industry and academia. These talks will provide valuable insights into various topics related to the roll-to-roll business, showcasing the latest advancements and innovations in the field. A lab tour of CEPLANT and a networking dinner will round off the day’s activities. The meeting will also be held in a hybrid format to accommodate both in-person and virtual attendees.

CEPLANT traditionally joined the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology at this year's Night of Scientists, held on 27 September. This year topic was "Transformation." Around 1,200 visitors came to the premises of MU Faculty of Science even in the bad weather.
