Dr. Pavel Mareš will present the company HVM Plasma. You are cordially invited. Further information here.
HVM Plasma, Ltd is a company dealing with thin-film coating technology by PVD and PACVD. The company focuses on the development, design, and precise manufacturing of vacuum equipment, job coating, development of new coating technology, and measurement of thin coating properties. The company was founded in 1992. The company has about 75 employees on 4 sites and about 50 employees in the daughter (subsidiary) manufacturing company Aviko Praha Ltd.
The lecture will introduce the company and the PVD method of preparation of thin coatings. Dr. Mareš will discuss physics hidden in the deposition device, and how to design and model a magnetic system. Problems with parts heating and heating simulation will be mentioned.
