HAKONE XVIII
CEPLANT researcher presented their respective research at the international conference HAKONE XVIII – 18th International Symposium on High Pressure Low Temperature Plasma Chemistry.
Prof. Christoph Gerhard and his colleagues visited their project partners at the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology and the CEPLANT Centre in the second week of April 2024. Together, they are working on the functionalization of fibers.
Visiting from the German HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen were Prof. Christoph Gerhard, Dr. Georg Avramidis, Dr. Martin Bellmann, and Mcs. Andreas Tuemmel. Researchers Dr. Zlata Kelar Tučeková and Dr. Jakub Kelar at the Department of Plasma Physics Technology and the CEPLANT Centre were the hosts. For Andreas Tuemmel it was already second visit. He came for a joint experiment session in plasmachemistry lab in March 2024. During the April visit, project meetings and lab tours were scheduled.
We have informed about the project Atmospheric-Pressure Plasma-Assisted Coating Deposition on Functional Fibers and Advanced Coating-Thickness Measurement using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy at its beginning and its continuation at our CEPLANT webpage.
