Alex Destrieux as an invited researcher in Brno
The treatment of organic materials for photovoltaics is the research topic of Alex Destrieux. After finishing his PhD in Canada, the French scientist came to Brno to continue his work.
Prof. Christoph Gerhard and his colleagues visited their project partners at the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology and the CEPLANT Centre in the second week of April 2024. Together, they are working on the functionalization of fibers.
Visiting from the German HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen were Prof. Christoph Gerhard, Dr. Georg Avramidis, Dr. Martin Bellmann, and Mcs. Andreas Tuemmel. Researchers Dr. Zlata Kelar Tučeková and Dr. Jakub Kelar at the Department of Plasma Physics Technology and the CEPLANT Centre were the hosts. For Andreas Tuemmel it was already second visit. He came for a joint experiment session in plasmachemistry lab in March 2024. During the April visit, project meetings and lab tours were scheduled.
